Commenced private practice as a Consultant Graphologist concentrating on personality profiling, vocational guidance, behavioural problems in children and adults.
Since 1985 I have worked for national and international companies assisting in their candidate selection process and also with resolving internal personnel matters.
Began to teach Graphology and commenced taking on Document Examination with respect of forgeries and identifying the author of written work. In this context I have appeared as an Expert Witness in both the High Court and County Courts, Magistrates Courts and at Mediation and Industrial Tribunals.
Was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts – being the first Graphologist to be granted Fellowship.

Following the successful letting of the Contract worked for a short period of time in the Community Liaison Office of the LDDC – talking to, assisting individual living and working on The Isle of Dogs and the surrounding communities. Whilst working on this project I was asked to bring together the various communities on the Isle of Dogs for a ‘celebration’ to coincide with the official commencement that year of The Ocean Youth Club’s Round Britain Venture.
All the above experiences gave me the necessary insight and expertise necessary to understand the requirements of organisations when recruiting, and how to deal with people of all circumstances and positions in a positive and objective manner.
